Welcome to Prime Rental. By booking a vehicle or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, app, or authorized channels.

• A valid government-issued ID and driving license must be provided at the time of booking or pickup.

• Payment must be completed before the rental begins unless otherwise agreed.

2. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must be driven only by authorized individuals listed during booking.

• Renters are responsible for all fines, tolls, or traffic violations during the rental period.

• No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities are permitted in the vehicle.

3. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition.

• Fuel charges will apply if returned with less fuel.

4. Damage & Liability

• Renters are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse.

• Insurance coverage may vary by vehicle category. Please confirm coverage during booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on policy.

6. Late Returns

• Late return fees will apply beyond the agreed rental period.

• Please inform our team in advance if you expect any delays.

7. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of misuse, suspicious behavior, or violation of company policy.

8. Privacy

• Customer data is securely stored and used only for booking and service purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction in Guwahati, Assam.
